Reading pay tribute as injured midfielder's photo is donned by all 30 players at annual shoot.

Reading players got together to show their support for Jem Karacan at the club's team photo on Thursday by holding up the injured midfielder's photo over their heads.
Karacan, who was injured early on in the side's 1-0 win over Leeds last month, but his presence was still felt at the Madejski Stadium.

He will undergo an operation this week before beginning his lengthy rehabilitation process after suffering a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)
Karacan said earlier in the week:'I know the rehab and what I need to do to get back to full fitness. It's going to be a long journey, but one I'm willing to throw myself at.
'The main thing is mentally getting your head around it. It's gutting, it's frustrating - every day of my life is football. I'm missing it already. But I've come back from an injury before.

'The medical staff are brilliant, they'll keep my spirits up and make sure I do all my rehab. Hopefully I can be back sooner than expected.'
Club captain Sean Morrison said, who is set to sign a new deal that will keep him at the club until 2017, Tweeted: 'Heartbreaking not having my man @JemKaracan4 there for our yearly tradition...love you mate.'
