The £86million man - signed on September 1 - appeared just three times in the white of the Spanish giants before succumbing to injury.
Bale was this week forced to withdraw from the Wales squad ahead of their World Cup qualifiers citing a thigh problem, prompting national-team boss Chris Coleman to launch an attack on his Bernabeu employers.
Thigh of relief: Zinedine Zidane says Gareth
Bale is already back in training despite having withdrawn from the Wales
squad because of a thigh injury
Madrid assistant boss Zidane, however, insists that the 24-year-old is already on the road to recovery.
‘He’s well integrated at the club and everyone has received him very well,’ Zidane told Sport360 in Abu Dhabi.
‘He was lacking a bit of physical preparation when he arrived so it has been a bit delicate in the beginning with his physical state.
We're all white: There have also been concerns
over Bale's relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo, although the two appear
to have hit it off on the pitch
‘He has a lot of willpower and has now re-started training. He will be ready.’
Meanwhile, Zidane – currently Carlo Ancelotti’s No.2 in Spain - has revealed his ambition to one day manage France, the country he led to glory at World Cup 98.
‘Managing to coach in football is already a dream in itself,’ said the 41-year-old.
Top of the world: Zidane has also revealed he would love to one day manage his country
‘I have always been a patient man and working at Madrid with Carlo is a great way to learn a lot before starting as a No1 myself. My objective is to be a No1 coach.’
