Everton scare as Gibson is taken off on a stretcher for Ireland with suspected knee ligament injury.

Darron Gibson was stretchered off for Ireland with a suspected medial ligament injury in front of Everton manager Roberto Martinez.
Gibson, whose Ireland side beat Kazakstan 3-1, was taken off shortly before half-time after going for a ball with Andrey Finonchenko.
The midfielder collapsed in agony, with fears the injury could put him out long-term.
Martinez, hoping to watch the former Manchester United man increase his fitness, went to see Gibson in the Ireland dressing room.
